My name is Jesi Celeita and I'm so happy to meet you!

I love to design unique and beautiful cakes and find endless inspiration in the world around me. I have been baking for almost three decades and am constantly dreaming up amazing new flavors to try and beautiful designs.

I started baking as a little girl and I would often lay in bed thinking of the amazing cakes I would create as an adult once I could finally use the oven unsupervised. In spite of baking being my childhood passion, I never imagined I would be making wedding cakes as a career, but I am so excited and grateful to be doing exactly that.

It is such an honor to be able to be a small part of a day which will forever be remembered by each couple. It is an enormous responsibility and one I do not take lightly.

I started Dolce Designs in March 2013, first designing dessert tables for magazines and blogs. That slowly transitioned into cake design and eventually I started focusing exclusively on wedding cakes. I use the freshest ingredients in all my cakes and strive to present a finished product that is not only beautiful, but also delicious and exciting to eat!

In my personal time I love to read, read, and read some more! I read mostly about health and wellness and anything non-fiction. Theology is one of my other passions and I studied on and off in two different Seminaries for about 12 years. I also love spending time with my children and my wonderful family (the beach is a huge favorite! Yes Galveston I mean you!).
